Double attack by the queen

The queen can move in all directions. This makes it easy for her to attack two pieces at once. For instance, the king plus a loose piece. Your opponent has to deal with the check. He cannot defend the hanging piece at the same time. Your queen can capture it for free.

Use the queen to attack two pieces at the same time and win material.

Ask yourself these two questions:

• Are there any loose pieces?
• How can I attack them at the same time?
